How to add user id to the configuration tag.
Step one open the GA4 configuration tag
Create a data layer variable named: dl_user_id
Step two add user_id to the configuration tag.
Add the user_id event parameter to the configuration tag.
Add the dl_user_id data layer variable as the value for the user_id event parameter.
